The ACS (Chem Club) is a great place for ALL majors to get involved on campus. We participate in many events such as National Chemistry Week, Volunteering, Fundraising, tutoring, and club events such as Game Nights and a back-to-school picnic/bonfire.

PennWest University Clarion is home to a national chapter of Student Affiliates of American Chemical Society, also known as ACS Club or Chemistry Club. Our objectives, as a student affiliate chapter, are 1) to raise awareness among students for chemical sciences, 2) to aid the study and application of chemistry, 3) to provide support from fellow organization members, faculty and staff, and 4) to allow opportunities for professional development. The objectives are achieved by community services, events/activities, and peer tutoring. Although our organization has the word “chemical” in the name, ALL majors are welcome and encouraged to join!

The PennWest Clarion Chapter of the American Library Association, focused on discussing topics within the literacy field, as well as hosting speakers, author talks, and monthly book club meetings.

The ALA-PennWest Clarion Campus Student Organization aims to connect students interested in Library and Information Science, but is open to anyone who enjoys libraries, books, and reading! Each semester our meetings feature speakers from various subsets of the LIS field. We meet in Eberly (room depends on the semester) from 5 pm to 8 pm. We discuss different animes and play games based off of them!

The PennWest California Japanese Animation Club meets once a week in Eberly Hall from 5 pm to 8 pm in either room 110 or 120, depending on what is available each semester. Medieval Club offers a haven for enthusiasts of medieval history, culture, and martial arts. We have sword fighting in Manderino Library on Thursdays from 5:00-7:00 and Archery on Tuesdays starting at 6:00 in Roadman Park.

We have sword fighting in Manderino Library on Thursdays from 5:00-7:00 and Archery on Tuesdays starting at 6:00 in Roadman Park.  To fiond the practice in the library, go through the main doors and head back to the elevators, then keep walking through the brown double doors.  For archery, here is a Google Maps link to the exact coordinates of the practice field: https://maps.app.goo.gl/yuP7f5aj9N6mT9Ja6. If you have a car, it is a little tricky to navigate. You will drive past the stadium and after the Roadman Park sign, on the right, slow down and look for a right turn. Take the turn and drive down into the parking lot, near the red barn. If you do not have a car, you can take a bus up to the Stadium, turn so the stadium is behind you, and walk across the field. We will most likely have a more senior member of the club taking the bus, so they can help you find the field.

Planned Events Veterans Club will outline our Fall semester schedule at the Veterans Club Recruitment Luncheon Suhr Library Training room -Date -TBA.

The purpose of the Veterans Club organization is to promote, educate and encourage social activities of those  students and their families that are currently in the armed services or who have been discharged from military service. Membership is for all currently enrolled students that pay an activity fee. Most members are  either currently in a recognized Armed Service/Reserves or National Guard Unit OR have been discharged under favorable conditions. Spouses and/or children of Veterans that are also enrolled as students are eligible for membership as they have a veterans connection . The club operates under a monthly meeting format with committees as follows: Committee (Chair any (sub)- special committees which focus on a particular event or activity OR represent the club at PennWest collaborations/CSA ),Public Relations (Promote Veteran programs, education which benefit the club’s members),Service (Project oriented for those programs, projects and activities which benefit the campus and respective community. The club's cornerstone is campus-community service and veteran awareness

Welcome to the online portal for the Edinboro University Wood Furniture Club. This club is linked to the wood concentration area of the studio arts major here at Edinboro. We are devoted to enhancing the educational opportunities for students enrolled in the concentration and minor programs. These opportunities include taking semesterly trips to visit museums, local practicing artists, and nearby universities that offer similar programs. We also bring in a visiting artist every year to perform demonstrations right in our studio.
